No buddy, I used Winrar to unzip it…

Just installed and tried with 7zip but again the same error

It shows no problem with the setup. but Showing an error and stuck there in the start logo screen

am afraid this is not the .log file. if you run logstartup as explained you’ll get a .log file next to vvvv.exe. this is the one we want to see here.

to open a command prompt: click windows start button and type: cmd

How do we run logstartup in command prompt… sorry very new t this technical side

You do a .bat file next to vvvv.exe and you type in that file:
vvvv /logstartup

Then you run that…

do you by any chance have any other packs\contributions installed already? the addonpack?

or did you really just unzip with 7zip and run vvvv.exe?
i see you used an alpha. can you try beta instead?
