Bug: when trying to resize a region, the area for the mouse is uncertain, especially when in “edit” mode. most of the times the mouse icon show the wrong mode ie. mouse arrow for scaling in x and y while only one axis works. there is also a noticable delay for the mousearrow to change. and when you try to grab the top border, the title wants to but edited. all in all, this needs some polishing interaction-wise
