Letter-spacing property missing in skia

Hi there. I could not find a way to change letter-spacing using skia.
I would be interested in your work-arounds. Is there a quick way to edit a font and apply larger letter-spacing in a font directly?
I look forward to any advice.

I would be interested in work-arounds… External software to adjust the letter-spacing property directly in the font-file. I’ve tried FontForge, but with no success.
