Counter, FlipFlop and Toggle pins are true by default

I just noticed that the pins of all three nodes are true by default, even when they are manually set to their default state (using two rightclicks) and therefore evaluated. This makes it hard to debug, because I would expect false on all input pins when their display state is default/flat.

Is this related? For every TextureFX they are fully visible when there is no IO box connected to the control pin. When this pin is exposed they all set to 0, except alpha. I would expect them to stay at 1.


indeed not the desired behavior. you’d expect the iobox to just be filled with 4 times 1. we have this already tracked internally. but the issue is unrelated.
