Cannot create FromUnixTimeSeconds node if referencing System.Runtime

Hey there,

This is on 5.3-302. I’m referencing System.Runtime in my project. When doing that, I cannot create a FromUnixTimeSeconds node :

Repro :

• In a blank doc, reference System.Runtime with CTRL+SHIFT+E
• Try to create aforementioned node

This looks similar to

Hey there, I need to use DateTime.TryParseExact in 5.0-535 (MSDN doc here). As suggested by the documentation, I add a reference to System.Runtime via CTRL + SHIFT + E, then I can find the node in the nodebrowser but I cannot create it, see repro gif : [tryparseexact] Questions : Why do I have to add a dependency to System.Runtime ?
