the slicecount of the output TopLevelWindows changes when hovering a node or a pin.
1 slice is added when hovering a node
2 slices are added when hovering a pin

seems that the tooltip is treated like a window?!?

unfortunately they are added on top of the spread so the whole spread shifts.

right. that is just because the tooltip is actually a window.
m…i should exclude it from the list.
