Videoout on boygroup client

Hi,

Im proberbly just being stupid but I cant find a way to get the popup from the videoout (dshow9) node to apear on a client in a boygroup. It always pops up on the server. Is there a way to make it apear on the client PC?

it will only pop up if you’ve boygrouped and connected the videoIn node too. try that.

yes that’s what I tried bt for some reason it only apears on the server.

and you defiantly have this same hardware on the clients as the server? i.e. you’re using a videoIn>Out for a webcam, you’d need the same webcam plugged into each client too.

Try Videotexture (EX9.Texture VMR9)-Quad (DX9)-Renderer (EX9) instead of videoout.
