+= transposed to patchs?

hum… stupid somehow,
but how to increment of its own a value ?

something like :
mynode()
{
myvalueinmynode += var1;//all along…
}

i tried to make outputs from my patch to get inputs an cheat… but no no no… it doesn t work like this :-(
