Texture In/Out on plugins

it might then also be possible to get rid of directshow for lots of things
(camera inputs, cv, ffmpeg video in)

not sure if slimdx has all the tools to manipulate textures quickly enough though?

currently i’m moving to openFrameworks for one project because i need quick texture access

whats the task? you can write a freeframe plugin, or shaders of course… and there is SharedMemory (EX9.Texture) .
