Telegram.bot v18 any idea how to handle callbacks?

It seems like it was easy in old way and it was implemented in old plugin. Moreover, it’s still working

As far as I know that will only work fine in 2022.5, I used the 433 / 441 builds

The main problem was the missing update handler
A properly configured update handler accepts callbacks
