Stride Material Transparency (again)

this might be related to these known issues:

when giving a material a transparency attribute (like “Blend”) it is not being taken into account until you restart the patch (F9) and the same is true when removing this attribute.

Build a simple patch like this to see the effect:

Stride 21.4 stable (but the same was true for the latest previews)
