Strange Bug involving Framedelay (Animation) and Scale (Transform)

I have a spreaded Quad (DX9) which acts as button. The nodes that transform the quad are also connected to a HitTest (2d Quad) the Object Hit pin is in turn connected to a Scale (Transform) via Framedelay (Animation), so the Quad (DX9) gets scaled down when hit. When opening the patch all quads but one disappear, to bring them back the Scale (Transform) has to be reconnected. Hope that makes sense. See patch for details.
Happens in beta27.2 and latest alpha.
