Hi,
Shoutbox in FF and Ch presents those arrows that let the area being resized horizontally. If you resize along such dimension, then the arrows get back “div all” and you no longer know what you just typed. Also no way to undo that unless F5.

Edge and IE11, just let you to enlarge the area vertically
