PS3 Eye, is there a way to switch the blue and red lights off? And how to get advanced 60fps mode?

Hi there, I find that using it as a webcam to capture the red and blue lights on it are colouring the subjects that the webcam is pointed at which is annoying.

I also can’t access the advanced 60fps mode, I have this file:
cleye.config
Here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\vvvv
And it has this inside it:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

But it’s not working.

My bad, it is at 60fps.

My question about the lights is still up for an answer though if anyone knows?
