Permanently adding effects to video

So I’ve programmed a bunch of effects onto a video, and I want to output the result as a file i can playback elsewhere. Is this at all possible in VVVV? Without such a node I am currently trying to get screen capture software to work but when I do it is quite glitchy.

P.S. I found the ScreenRecorder node, but yeah, not looking for a gif :p
