NextWindow lost data from time to time

hi i’m using nextwindow dualtouch frame with Vux’ NWpluging.

it lost data from time to time - just stops send any output data and freez at last values. restart vvvv solves problem, but it’s not good to restart vvvv during installation.

patches are clear. and no external reasons to stop sending values.
any ideas?

finally it was electro static! bang and next window frame lost signal and plug stops. but it now lost signal in windows… so need to check plug more carefully

uh, capacitive screens!

check for proper grounding of the system at every place.
reminds me of a little nightmare. gregsn, do you remember it?
