Multiple “You closed the last window. Now what?” windows

I experience exactly the same issues described here Multiple "You closed the last window. Now what?" windows - #2 by joreg

When closing patches that have been opened from explorer and not from inside vvvv I get an extra “You closed the last window. Now what?” window each time I do it. Only one of them can be focused, the other are just hanging around inactive over desktop/other apps.

I’m using beta36 x64 on Windows 10.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Open vvvv by double clicking any girlpower patch from the explorer.
2. Press CTRL + W to close the patch. This will show one “You closed the last window. Now what?” window.
3. Open the same or any other girlpower patch from the explorer. This doesn’t hide the “You closed the last window. Now what?” window.
4. Pressing CTRL + W won’t work anymore at this stage. You have to use the mouse menu to close the patch. You will then have two “You closed the last window. Now what?” windows.
5. repeat 3. and 4. to end up with another “You closed the last window. Now what?” window.
