Matrix style text effect

hi,
im trying to make a matrix style text effect, like in the movie. im wanting to read text from a .txt file and show it in a dx renderer looking like in the movie. since im relatively new to v4 i have no idea how to start and achieve this. did anyone ever create such an effect and is willing to share it?

as a starting point i’d suggest Text (EX9 Metrics) module.
