Magewell Capture Cards

Hallo has anybody tried Magewell capture cards? They seems ok, with SDK and Directshow output, and nicely priced.

we recently used several of the newer Magewell cards with DirectShow and vvvv.

The DirectShow driver is very “clean” and staight forward and they simply do what they the specs say.

We have not discovered any problems.

I can confirm, I ve just got a Capture PRO 3G-SDI with 4 inputs and it is just standard Direct Show, very nice!

we are using a usb - sdi capture device from magewell, plug and play…directshow. pretty easy to use and reliable
