when you’re running vvvv for the first time, you are greeted by the helpbrowser. this has links to tutorial videos and a large number of help patches.
also the getting started page of the documentation has links in different directions to help you get going.
if you had already found those but are still missing anything in particular, please let us know.

I would also add that hanging out in the Chat is a good idea, there are many knowledgeable people there that at happy to welcome beginners and point in the right directions.
The community is the best thing about vvvv
