maybe its my simple knowledge about math - but why has the intersect node an output-bin by 4, when “slicing” one box? when moving the transform-line a little bit, it switches to correct bin size 2. *confused ;)

weird indeed but i think i has to do with the fact that your line goes directly through the edge of two triangles. if you view the cube in wireframe mode you can see that.
Ah, I see. Any chance to get rid of this? Or something like a workaround?
try filtering this using one of the Occurrence nodes.
