To create a web server there is VL.IO.HTTP.WebServer based on WatsonWebserver.
For rendering web pages there is a solution - VL.CEF, Chromium Embedded Framework
Be sure that you know how to make a web page because the web server just provides a way to display that page.
How to install nuget packages you can get from greybook. Most likely you will use the “-pre” command to install such a package.
