Getslice (node), vertexbuffer bug?

today i tried to get a slice out of a colladafile with subsets.
first i tried to use the getslice (node). this works fine in renderer, but if you want to edit the mesh with vertexbuffer, all points from all subsets are back in the stream.
Is it a bug? maybe i do something wrong (new terrain: collada ;)

my second try to get slices with collada mesh node works fine.

patch attached.

Additional to that: if you “fill” the colladafile with an iobox and delete the path, collada output is nil, but the collada mesh node is showing the subsets anyhow.
