Feature Request: Texture/Mesh input for plugins

Hello Devvvvs,

At least once a year i’m in the need of having texture and/or mesh input on a plugin. Having worked around it before with varying amounts of hacks/kludges needed i’d like to know if there will be some support for these in the future?

for now the best workaround for texture-input is via shared-textures available in the alpha-dx9ex branch.

also: is shared texture not in current alpha(28) anymore? i know it worked with some earlier alphas…

edit: never mind. found the ex9 builds.
