Entry index on multidimensional spreads is overlaid with row dimension

Hey,

When previewing a multimensional spread (ex here: [480;4]) in an IOBox, the entry index of each row is hardly readible because the dimension of the row (here: 4) is overlaid on top.
Would be great to be able to read them both ✌
