Embedded subpatches?

Hi,

Many times the reason for creating a subpatch and putting some logic inside it is not for it to be reusable but simply to keep things organized.

Max allows for embedded subpatches which don’t have to be saved to a file. It even has a refactoring tool which allows me to automatically generate a subpatch with the selected nodes (moving them to the new subpatch and creating the required connections automatically).

Are there plans to allow for embedded patches in vvvv? If not, why?

some time ago i patched a module which would create a subpatch from selected nodes - quite experimental though. and needs an update to the newest techniques possible with v13.1
