DX11 particles align to geometry normal

Hello, Is there anyone familiar with particle orientation?I made a group of particles surround the sphere geometry and chose the Sprite Billboard axis for convenience of rotating each one align to vertices normal, unfortunately I couldn’t find any way to do it. Should I write a custom modifier?

After a period of struggling I found heading node with phongdirectional solve my problem, i connect a geometry to it rather than sprite
