DX11 FrameDelay (DX11.Texture 2d) placed after FX doesn't work

This is a bit of an oddity and not really a problem except for when it confuses me.

I have noticed that Texture feedback in DX11 only works when the FrameDelay is placed before the FX chain, if you place it after, it doesn’t work.
