DLP projector on PS3eye camera

if I cast some bright white light onto a surface which I m capturing with the camera, with the projector, I get colored stripes moving vertically. I guess that is gt ot to do with the projector being a DLP mono-chip type. Is there a way to circumvent these kind of artifacts?

(btw I tried to set min and max fps, video camera fps and renderer refresh rate at the same speed)
