Cutout shader ? simple shapes from images

Hi guys, do you know if there is any shader that simplifies texture to shapes by color range ?
somethin similar to photoshops cutout filter

Cool, thanks for that Antokhio, this combined with BlurGlow and Colorize looks very similar to what i wanted :)
