Could i connect a GROOVE to RFID integrated reader?

i want to connect such rfid integrated reader http://syncotek.com/product/sr_ru_101r_uhf_rfid_integrated_reader_10dbi_14m_long_range.html to connect with groove http://www.seeedstudio.com/wiki/Grove_-_Base_shield_v2.

is it possible?
i have no ideas how to do it succesfully.

this sounds like a very specific hardware question, maybe you should ask the vendor.

anyway, the RFID reader seems to have RS232 which can be read in vvvv. as for the other device, i have no idea…
