Cant use spout , cant detect dx9ex in example patch

i´m having a problem setting up spout

in the share texture info example patch, i keep reciving this message,

‘texture not shared. plesae start vvvv with the /dx9ex command line option’
any idea how to solve this?

and i think i have the /dx9ex running correctly any idea how to check this?

if you use the latest vvvv 33.7 it starts with dx9ex by default. you are probably using an old version.

Same problem here.
Im on 33.7 and I´m having the same issue.
What could it be?
