Attractor & arbitary point in DX11


i just found an dx9 patch that i wanted
to use as a starting base.

I tried to port it to DX11 but it doesnt seem that easy,
i stumbled over the dx11 pointcloud contribution,
wich needs a bit more attention as a have right now.

maybe it is still possible to port the exising one
by a small change.

I think there should be another code to do the attractor in case there is spread of them anyways it seems to work decently (248.0 KB)
