Any experiences with cheap MIDI to USB Interfaces?

Has anybody got any experience with MIDI to USB - Interfaces like these? I wonder wether they are any good in regard to low latency, since I’d like to use a Midi-Sequencer with VVVV (more comfy to use and eats less cpu than a software-solution).

i am using the midisport uno without any special troubles.

I also use the MIDIsport Joreg is using, MIDI is such an old low speed, less DATA protocol I can’t imagine Latency or CPU power would be any trouble.
