I think there should be a warning asking if you really want to quit vvvv while exporting an app, if you press alt+F4 while exporting.
Tried on 2022.5.0-0310.

Not sure about this one, I am happy to have global kill switch when things go south, which may happen any time, including while exporting if you add an extra window to pop up you might have to recur to the Task Manager.
