The "Convert an SDF to a Mesh" example is broken

Two nodes in the “Convert an SDF to a Mesh” example file show red, “FindSDFBoundingBox” and “SDFtoMesh”:

The nodes are not found and the dependency “DualContouring.vl” is missing.

I am using VVVV 5.2.0423 and FUSE 1.02
