Repeat in Nodebrowser / Language primitives

There are two entries for Repeat in the nodebrowser. The loop-region and Repeat [Spread] / [Spreadbuilder].
They are hard to distinguish.

The language primitives? are displayed in italics which is very subtle. I wish for something more pronounced.

Also I found out about the italic thing only by trial. Is there any mention of it in the gray book?
