Operation assignment when creating a new input

Hey there,

There’s something that I never managed to figure out : when creating new input pins in a Class, what’s the rule for the operation they’re assigned to by default?

As far as I can tell it seems radom : when creating a bunch of pins in a row, it can be a different operation from one to the other.

Most annoying thing is that sometimes, when the pin is assigned to Create, an error can be raised and stop the runtime.

Should it be unassigned by default, and the user has to explicitly assign it?

There is an active member operation that is visible as slightly different shading in the patch explorer if you have it open. It functions similarly to the selected layer in Photoshop.
You have two options to select it. You can either click on it in the patch explorer or select an inlet/outlet of the operation, maybe it works also to select the active operation when clicking on a link.
