OpenCV problem!

Hi guys! I have a problem when I open the openCV paket in VL. A Microsoft .NET Framework windows emerge saying:

Can anybody tell me Why?. Thanks!

@Nautilus VL.OpenCV is meant for usage against alpha and gamma only at the moment, sorry for the inconvenience
