Newly installed nuget packages don't show up in the help browser anymore

vvvv needs to be restarted. Tested with 6.7-0237. Works with 6.6.

To reproduce:

  • install a VL-nuget that wasn’t installed before (i.e. VL.Mediapipe)
  • search for it in the help browser after the installation has finished
