any idea how got into this state? ie a way for us to reproduce this?
No chance of reproducing it yet!
It was part of a bigger patch. I tried to copy-paste this part into a new patch and share it, but the issue would disappear…
I’ll keep my eyes on it.
Happened again!
Very hard to reproduce, but here is how I could catch it twice:
- Place some nodes inside a ForEach. Input and Output Splicers must be connected to something inside and outside the region.
- Marquee select everything inside the ForEach; Not border controls, Not the Foreach itself, only everything inside.
- Copy the selected nodes and past them somewhere on the editor.
- Right-click> surround > ForEach
- Start a link from the output pin of one of the nodes (in the above image, it is a Stride Entity), then > Splicer > Start typing Group and hit enter.
