Please fix the type compatibility. Feels it is broken for ages now. The connection needs to be forced.
Hope it also fixes the node not beeing listed by intelligent node filtering in the same case.
Might it be worthwhile to introduce a “probably connectable” indicator? Or “interface compatible”. Just a different colour. The second seems easy to check and does not require any complicated logic.
