Intended behaviour
When you move a frame by clicking and dragging the title, the patch elements within the frame should also move (as long as they are entirely within the frame.)
Bug
In 6.0 (and earlier) comment boxes are not picked up if they are too close to the left side of the frame
I speculate this is because a comment box has an invisible iobox circle to the left of it that counts for the bounds calculation in this case
