Can't delete frames since 5.3-31

Heyhey,

Since 5.3-31, frames cannot be deleted. To repro, open a new patch, create a frame and try to delete it : nothing happens. Nothing is logged in the console.

Same behavior in 5.3-33. Works fine in 5.3-20.

Yeah, it seems like UI is kind of broken - Ctrl+L doesn’t work as well.
