Blurry rendering on mixed DPI screens

Gamma looks blurry when displayed on secondary external screen on a laptop where the primary built-in screen is high-DPI and secondary is not.

At least you’re in good company with Visual Studio also having this behaviour but other applications seem to handle this so it’s not a general Windows issue but might be dependent on what you use to render the windows.

can you share some screenshots? i think this happens for applications that handle DPI on their own.

bild (secondary monitor 100% scaling factor)

(primary monitor 150% scaling factor)

Gamma window dragged between monitors for each screenshot, same zoom level (didn’t change anything other than dragging window between screens)

Also looks like text is rendered with black background or has a black outline which also might make it look a bit worse?
