XPath Output Un-saves Patch if Subpatches present

rather strange:
if any output of the XPath (XML) node is invoked and there are any subpatches present within the patch, the parent patch gets un-saved (registers as changed with vvvv, shows the asterisk in the title bar).

i assume a coincidence with PatchAlias (VVVV) .
try a Switch (Node) Input and enable PatchAlias (VVVV) only when you need it. no more asterisk sh.t!
