I’m having a strange problem with the writer node. I’m writing out a long series of frames, after a seemingly random length of time, it stops writing and tty says Invalid Data.
This last occasion I got 21844 frames, prevously it has stopped at 15164 and other amounts.
I’m using the screenshot nrt patch…

fairly strange.
can you provide a simplified patch that shows this behavior so i can see the bugger here?

I think it may just be the number of files in the folder, I set it to switch folders every 15000 and it was fine, I’ll see if I can reproduce it for you after the weekend!
