Vlc plugins is red

hi… a tot le monde and hapy new years

i am try to install the vlc plugins, i have dowload the pack on the contributions and i have follow the laws: copy the dll file from vlc folders to vlcO_3_0…
after i have put the vlc0_3_0 in a cotibutions>plugins folder…

but in vvv i have the node but it is red why? what i make wrong?

right click the dll -> unblock ?

with right click on dll file windos say me with wich program i want open the file…

bur wich lib need to make work vlc plugins?
