(VL) Rectangle library inconsistency

While making some rectangle manipulations nodes I noticed that the VL Rectangle library is a little bit confusing.
The join and split manipulate the floats very differently: I thought it would be nice to have both options, though at the moment I have to create them.

what i forgot to say, if you have patches with rectangle in it, some nodes might not be found since i changed some names and pins.
