VL Nodebrowser staying in front of other applications

When changing focus from vvvv/vl to other applications while the VL nodebrowser is active it stays in front of the now active application.

this is pretty terrible. when I return to vl, I also have to close the node browser thing before it becomes usable again

Could I add that it would be nice if the VL window could remember its size and position like vvvv windows do. Whenever I open a VL node the first thing I ALWAYS have to do is reposition and resize the window so it takes up a large enough portion of the screen.

Or is there a good reason why its not behaving that way that I am not thinking of?
